Our Mission
Wema Schools exists to give every child in Geita access to a rigorous education and a life well prepared.

Our Purpose
Wema Schools exists to give every child in Geita access to a rigorous, English-medium education in an environment where they are challenged academically and cared for personally. Attentive teaching and high expectations are not in tension—they are the same thing.
Our Promise
Both schools were founded on Seventh-day Adventist values and welcome children of every faith without discrimination. We hold every family to the same standard: serious learning, strong character, and the confidence that comes from being genuinely prepared for whatever comes next.
Our Community
From the choir stage to the science fair, from daily assembly to graduation day—school life at Wema is full. Students are known by name. Teachers stay. Families are welcomed in. That continuity, year after year, is what makes the difference.
What we stand for
Three commitments, in everything we do.
Academic Rigour
High expectations, taught well. We cover the national curriculum thoroughly and go beyond it—because the standard of the examination is the floor, not the ceiling.
Character Formation
Discipline and care are not opposites. We expect students to be reliable, honest, and self-directed—and we build those qualities deliberately, year by year, across every part of school life.
Community
Wema is a school where teachers know their students and parents know the school. We are small enough to notice, and serious enough to act on what we see.

Life at Wema
School life that students remember.
From morning assembly to choir practice to the end-of-year ceremony—life at Wema is full. Students compete at inter-school sports and academic events. The choir performs publicly. Graduation is a school-wide celebration that the whole community joins. This is not extra-curricular. It is part of what we are.
